We aim to provide high-quality recorded classes and learning materials.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds are provided and when they are not.

1. No Refund After Course Purchase

All purchases made on our platform are final.

Once a student purchases a course:

  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstance

  • Course fees cannot be transferred to another course

  • Course access cannot be shifted to another student

This is because our content is digital and immediately accessible.

2. No Refund for Student-Related Issues

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Not liking the teaching style

  • Not attending classes

  • Forgetting to use the course

  • Lack of time

  • Exam schedule or personal reasons

  • Internet problems or device issues

  • Mistaken purchase

The student is responsible for ensuring compatibility before buying.

3. No Refund for Misuse, Piracy, or Rule Violations

Refunds are strictly not issued if a student:

  • Shares login credentials

  • Tries to download or record videos

  • Copies, saves, or distributes content

  • Attempts to bypass platform security

  • Misuses the platform in any way

  • Violates Terms & Conditions

Such accounts may be permanently banned without refund.

4. Refunds in Case of Duplicate Payments

A refund is provided only if:

  • The amount was deducted twice

  • A technical error caused duplicate payment

Processing time: 5–7 business days after verification.
Bank delays are not under our control.

5. Course Cancellation by the Platform

Refunds may be given only if Xpert Champs cancels a course due to unavoidable technical or administrative reasons.

In such cases:

  • A full or partial refund may be provided

  • Or replacement access may be offered

Students will be informed in advance whenever possible.

6. Eligibility Verification

To process any refund request (only for valid cases like duplicate payments), the student must provide:

  • Registered mobile number

  • Registered email ID

  • Payment screenshot(s)

  • Transaction ID

  • Date and time of payment

Refunds are issued only after complete verification.

7. Processing Time

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • We are not responsible for bank delays
