Terms & Conditions – Xpert Champs

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Xpert Champs Pvt. Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) online learning platform, website, mobile application, and all related services (“Services”).
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to follow these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Account Creation

  • To access our courses, you must create an account using accurate personal information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. No Sharing of Login Credentials

  • You must NOT share your login ID, password, or access to your dashboard with anyone.

  • Any form of account sharing is strictly prohibited.

  • If suspicious activity or multiple device logins are detected, your account may be suspended or permanently banned without refund.

3. Access to Courses

  • Access to recorded classes, notes, and training materials is provided only for your personal learning use.

  • We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove course content at any time.

4. No Downloading, Recording, or Distribution

Students are strictly prohibited from:

  • Downloading videos

  • Downloading text, PDFs, or notes

  • Recording the screen

  • Taking screenshots of video content

  • Copying or replicating material

  • Sharing course content with others

  • Uploading materials to social media or any external platform

  • Distributing our content in any format

Any attempt to bypass download restrictions or capture content in any way is considered misuse and piracy.

5. Misuse, Piracy & Legal Action

If a student:

  • Shares content with others

  • Attempts to hack, scrape, or download content

  • Publishes course material anywhere

  • Uses software or tools to record videos

  • Gives access to others through their account

  • Misuses the platform in any way

We may take the following actions:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Permanent account ban without refund

  • Legal action under Copyright Act & IT Act (India)

  • Claim for damages and losses

We reserve full rights to protect our intellectual property.

6. Payments & Fees

  • All course payments must be completed before accessing content.

  • Prices may change at any time, without prior notice.

  • Once a course is purchased, access is granted only for the specified duration.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All course purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Refunds are not provided for:

    • Change of mind

    • Failure to attend classes

    • Account misuse or violations

    • Technical issues caused by your device or internet

8. Student Conduct

Students must:

  • Use the platform responsibly

  • Respect other learners

  • Not engage in abusive, harmful, or illegal activities

  • Not attempt to disrupt platform operations

Any violation may result in suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All videos, materials, notes, graphics, and course content belong to Xpert Champs Pvt. Ltd.

  • You receive only a limited, non-transferable, personal license to view content.

  • You cannot resell, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content.

10. Platform Availability

  • We strive to keep the platform active and stable.

  • However, occasional downtime may occur for:

    • Maintenance

    • Updates

    • Technical issues

  • We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party providers, internet failure, or device issues.

11. Termination of Access

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

  • You violate any Terms

  • You misuse course content

  • You share login details

  • Your activity appears fraudulent

  • You attempt to break platform security

No refunds will be issued for banned or terminated accounts.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Network issues

  • Loss of data

  • Device malfunction

  • Any damages arising from use of the platform

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

13. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the platform means you accept the changes.
